Kevin Harrison Licensed and Certified Home Inspector serving the lower mainlandAbout Our Home Inspection Rates & Services

Each home inspection is an impartial objective assessment

A home inspection is an impartial objective assessment of the internal systems and structure of a home, with particular attention to any safety concerns for you and your family. Houses do not pass or fail a home inspection.

Providing you with comprehensive, factual information

Our home inspectors provide you with comprehensive, factual information to help you make a well-informed, confident decision about the house. We encourage you to attend the inspection and ask any questions that may come to mind. Most home inspections, including the report, take on average between 5-7 hours to complete.

We inspect each residence using technical investigation tools

At Harrison Home Inspections an average onsite house inspection takes anywhere from 2-5 hours or more, and involves a hands-on / boots-on inspection of the residence using technical investigation tools:

  • Moisture Detectors
  • Gas Detection
  • Electrical Testers
  • Thermal imaging Camera
  • Digital Camera
  • Binoculars (augments visual identification)
  • Infrared Thermometer
  • Ladders
  • Water Pressure Gauge

We Issue A Comprehensive Written Report

Each investigative home inspection is followed up with a comprehensive written report on the current state of the home. This includes narrative details supported with images that give a complete picture of each residence for home buyers or sellers.
